The major objective of opening such mission is to focus on the medical advancement and educational institutions which attracts numerous Bangladesh residents to India each year. The decision to start a mission in Chennai was a component of a bilateral treaty between Bangladesh and India. Out of the total count of 4, 60,000 foreign patients those were medicated in Indian hospitals, almost 165,000 patients were from Bangladesh. Centre mulls changing minimum wages formula

The Central Government is evaluating an alteration in the procedure to calculate the minimum wage that might elevate the income levels of the labors in the country. Labor and Employment Minister Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya , the head of the Central Advisory Committee on Minimum Wages assembled here and determined to form the board to carry forward the projected changes in the computation of minimum wages for labors. New Bill to allow States to drop no-detention policy

The Ministry of Human Resource Development will be initiating a Bill to modify, the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, empowered the states to drop the no-detention policy if they want to. The bill has been cleared by the cabinet. The Twenty-five States are ready to drop no-detention policy, according to which a child cannot be detained till Class 8. This step is only taken to uplift the standard of learning. So the Centre government has handed over the power to the State Government to decide and adjust the RTE Act according to them. The Bill will be surely allowing the States to introduce board examinations in Classes 5 and 8. Definition of the "no detention policy" The no-detention policy was initiated as an integral section of the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) underneath the Right to Education Act (RTE) in 2010.This policy depicts all the students to be promoted to the next class till they are in class 8 without detaining them
